Dobrin specializes in young professional and off-campus student housing in a minimal geographic footprint in Richmond, VA, so we don’t have much “windshield time.” We love the neighborhoods in which we work — Carver, Jackson Ward, Randolph, and Oregon Hill. We’re active in community organizations and neighborhood groups and give back to our city in every way we can. We genuinely are neighbors helping neighborhoods. 

We’ve doubled in the last 18 months, and we expect to triple in the next five years. We need key team members to help drive this organization forward, and we reward great work.
